Ascona Retreat Activities

The following activities can be carried out here in our centre and in the surrounding area :

Tuesday evenings from 20h00 to 21h00 spiritual group with meditation, reading and commentary on spiritual texts.

Theosophical library and

Luigi Pericle library with reading room available

Meditation zones

Park for Yoga (ask for class times) and Thai Chi

During your stay at our centre, depending on the programme, you can follow a fasting group followed by walks, yoga and a seminar. : info@teosofia.ch

A wide choice of walks of all levels in the woods (National Park within walking distance)
The centre is on the hill of Monte Veritià surrounded by woods and parks.
